Contractor Outreach

Target Group has become an industry leader at identifying MBE- and WBE-certified firms for public and private sector clients. Over the past 30 years, our organization has coordinated more than 1,000 community outreach events, which has resulted in contracting opportunities and awards for over 1,200 firms. Although the majority of our contractor outreach efforts have taken place within the City of Chicago, we have also conducted comprehensive community outreach program in Los Angeles (California), Richmond (Virginia), and Pensacola (Florida).

Through the use of innovative contracting forms (see: Business Interest Forms & Contractor Interest Forms) extensive industry experience, Target Group has translated its mission into more than $2.0 billion worth of business for MBE- and WBE-certified firms.
