Target Group’s most significant current innovation is the marriage of our Community Asset Mapping/Data Mining Infrastructure into community setting. Essentially a “Good Neighbor” program (local business strategies), help projects that significantly impact surrounding communities reach out and become acquainted with the business assets in a community that can provide goods and services to the project and the people who work on that project.
In creating communities directories that can be used to identify contractors and workforces in a community, we provide a vehicle to produce local commerce with the project. These programs over the period when they are on-going in the neighborhood can create 0.75% to 1.5% of local economic impact. In addition, long-term goodwill is established for owners, contractors and the local business community.
