As Project Coordinator, Te’Riah Montgomery is responsible for the compliance and monitoring on public and private sector projects. She is Target Group’s lead on the community hiring program while providing daily support to all level of staff members. Amongst her other responsibilities, Te’riah has trained and managed temporary hires off site on compliance and monitoring.

On assigned projects, Te’Riah:

  • Collect; Input; Analyze data for compliance purposes
  • Monitor prevailing wages being paid to workers on construction sites
  • Assist Managers with monthly reports to clients
  • Conduct and assist with employment outreach for contractors and candidates
  • Screen candidates and manage referrals for community hiring program
  • Create; implement new procedures for efficiency
  • Maintain filing systems for active projects
  • Perform front office duties
