PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Oakwood Shores development consists of 48 mixed-income rental units and 28,000 square feet of commercial space in one mixed-use building. The first 2 floors of the development are occupied by a Medical Center in the commercial space while floors 3-6 make up the rental units. The project represents a success story of public-private partnerships between TCB and the Chicago Housing Authority, and continues to provide quality housing and valuable services to the community.
