The most important indicator of Target Group’s success is whether the local community receives quantifiable contracting and employment opportunities as a result of our projects. In order to facilitate effective community engagement, Target Group provides three types of outreach to the community: Contractor Outreach, Employment Outreach, and Local Business Development.
